We are happy to welcome you to Lake Spirit Boutique Hotel & Spa, a city hotel of 10 rooms that we created with just one thing in mind: for you to feel, from the very first moment, the unique atmosphere that a magical city like Ioannina has to offer.
When we began to renovate this 60’s classical building, we wanted to create an extension of the lake’s atmosphere and ambiance. The architecture with the light ‘filling’ every space, as well as the aesthetics with top quality materials and the eclectic decoration will make you feel this exact atmosphere. With 10 sophisticated and fully equipped rooms, our goal was to make sure that LakeSpirit Boutique Hotel & Spa will offer you the intimate hospitality that you desire, and will make your stay as comfortable and special as if you were at home.
We created a beautiful hotel of 10 rooms, right in the center of Ioannina, with a special aura, detailed architecture, distinctive decoration and unique functionality, spread in 5 floors.
Starting from the welcoming lobby in the entrance of the hotel, we carry on to the area where the breakfast is served, and then -from noon till the end of the day- it becomes a city bistro with an open kitchen concept.
An outdoor yard, adjacent to the cafe-bistro, is available to all clients who want to smoke, as smoking is forbidden in all indoor areas of the hotel.
On the two first floors above the ground floor, there are 10 comfortable and luminous rooms that provide all the modern amenities.
On the top floor there is a specially designed area for mini-events and meetings, with modern audiovisual equipment, capable of hosting up to 50 people. There is also a business center with 4 working desks connected to an Ethernet hub.
This area also includes a small coffee bar and a WC destined to cater to the needs of the floor’s visitors.
Last but not least, descending to -1 level, we can find a small gym and a sophisticated area of relaxation and wellness: a sweet spa with a sauna and a jacuzzi for two people, plus a room for relaxing massage upon reservation.
On this level there is a separate entrance for external visitors of the wellness center, also equipped for guests with accessibility needs.
Parking
In addition to the temporary stopping spaces for all vehicles at the entrance of the hotel and the single parking space for the disabled at the side entrance, free 24/7 parking is available at the sheltered parking “Stathmos” just 250m from the hotel, near the central square of Ioannina.
