The founder of LEVAD, Thomas Vadikolias, graduated from the School of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and later specialized in the cultivation of aromatic plants.
Driven by his love and respect for nature, in 2019, he began cultivating organic lavender plants, biologically certified by BIOHELLAS, with care and dedication, in the ideal microclimate of Serres region.
His vision was not only to produce high quality essential oil but also to promote the benefits of organic farming.
Our lavender plants are harvested from our Greek fields, located in a village at the foot of mount Orvilos, Achladochori, Serres, at an altitude of 560 meters, surrounded by a magnificent landscape.
Harvesting using the appropriate techniques and at the appropriate time requires experience and ensures the quality of our final product.
Our organic essential oil is extracted from the purple flowers of our lavender plants (Lavandula Angustifolia) under the appropriate method of steam distillation.
